Itinerary Timeline
-
When planning your Smoky Mountain elopement, there are countless cabin options in and around the area. Many couples choose a cabin with a deck and beautiful views, especially if they plan to have a few guests attend or want a quiet space to celebrate afterward. The Smoky Mountains is one of the most visited destinations in the U.S., so traffic is almost always present — especially during peak seasons. While cabins are typically tucked away, it’s helpful to plan with travel time in mind as your elopement day approaches. Every couple also receives my full Wedding Guide, filled with thoughtful tips, location insights, and helpful planning advice to make your day as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Alternative Weather Plans:
Smoky Mountain elopements take place in all types of weather, including rain. The Smoky Mountains are known for their ever-changing conditions — mist and fog are part of what give the mountains their name and often add a quiet, romantic feel to your day. If weather conditions make certain parts of your elopement unsafe, such as icy roads or park closures due to weather or construction, your itinerary may be adjusted to ensure everyone’s safety. In cases where conditions are truly unsafe and I have availability, your elopement may be rescheduled within a 2+ day window. -
Up to 10 guests can join free of charge.
Guests are welcome to join before the ceremony, attend the ceremony itself, and stay briefly afterward for congratulations and quick group photos. To keep the experience relaxed and intimate, guests do not join during couples-only portraits. This structure allows you to be fully present with one another while minimizing added stress or distractions. -
Light - Suitable for anyone. Includes a light activity such as a drive & light hike
